Equinox event
March 14th 7pm-9pm
Step into the energy of the Spring Equinox with an evening of movement, connection, and celebration. This 2-hour event begins with a chakra-themed yoga practice to invite balance and renewal. Afterward, you can keep the energy flowing on the dance floor with free movement and ecstatic expression, or simply relax, connect with community, and enjoy light refreshments in good company. Come as you are and embrace the spirit of renewal. All ages welcome!
108 Equinox
Join jesika on the morning of the equinox! Thursday at 7:15 am we will be entering the new season by practicing syura Namaskara also known as sun salutations. The 108 represents the unity of the universe (1), nothingness (0), and infinity (8).
It is seen as a ritual to release old energy and welcome new beginnings. Practicing during the solstice connects participants to the rhythms of the natural world. The repetitive nature challenges endurance clears the mind, and promotes mindfulness. Marking the change of seasons (solstice/equinox) is a way to embrace transformation and reflect on personal growth.
Somatic Release Breathwork

Samara is a seasoned intuitive healer (energetic + somatic), mentor, + spiritual guide. Her work centers Wholeness, Real Relating, embodiment, ensoulment, + Dharma. She has helped 100s of humans over the past 5+ years heal trauma, transmute pain into Purpose, remember their True Nature, deepen their intuitive gifts + Divine connection, + live in alignment with their Soul + Nature. She offers private ceremony and mentorship, energy healing (Reiki + more), somatic healing, somatic release breathwork, events, and retreats in the Quiet Corner of CT, on Zoom, and all over the US.
Somatic Release Breathwork is an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network. It lets you release unneeded energy within this network caused by repeating thoughts, feelings, and old narratives by discharging it out through your body.
This event employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music, lite touch, and neurolinguistic programming cues to help produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.
A gentler breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to help you connect with your True Nature. In the second half, Samara will offer hands-on healing to those interested. Many describe this experience as deeply transformative—akin to a plant medicine journey—for reclaiming true power and deepening into authenticity.
