Class Descriptions
ALL LEVELS (lightly-heated through winter months)
Based on a blend of power yoga sequences, this class is accessible to all ages and abilities. With modifications available, you can build balance, strength, and endurance. All Levels will target areas such as flexibility, increasing range of motion, and core work. This class is great for those who are looking for it all. The class duration is 60 minutes, lightly heated through the winter and no heat during the summer.
POWER CLASS
Our signature class will allow you to step outside your comfort zone and grow in ways you never thought possible. You do not have to be an expert yogi to enjoy this class, just up for the challenge to grow. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees, which boosts your energy throughout the sequence, helps to cleanse the body of toxins, and heats your muscles for a safer stretch. You have the power to amaze yourself. Class durations are either 60 or 75 minutes.
YIN
Yin Yoga is considered the "yin" aspect of a balanced yoga practice, providing a counterbalance to more dynamic, active, and muscularly focused "yang" practices, such as Vinyasa or Power Yoga. The concept of Yin and Yang comes from Chinese philosophy, where yin represents calm, stillness, and inward energy, while yang represents activity, heat, and outward expression. By incorporating both yin and yang elements, practitioners can achieve a more holistic approach to physical, mental, and energetic health.
