This program is for those who are interested in supporting their Asana practice at home or in the studio with love and support. Props DO NOT mean weakness or inability. This class will educate us all on how to get past that idea and open our minds to new ways we can integrate props in a positive way. A way that will help us get past limitations.

Meaghan will be teaching a handful of simple rituals—rooted in mindfulness, presence, and authentic connection—that you can experience together in real time. Nothing awkward, nothing forced. Just invitations to tune in, soften, and remember what it feels like to truly be with one another."

If you’re looking to deepen your yoga practice beyond the physical, join Jes for a free class that explores the philosophy and the many ways yoga can support our lives off the mat. Each class will begin with an asana (movement) practice, followed by time to get cozy and listen as Jes guides a discussion on the Eight Limbs of Patanjali.
This is a four-part Sunday series throughout January and feb, with the Eight Limbs broken down over the course of the month. You’re welcome to attend the entire series or simply drop in for one class to see if it resonates with you.

Full moon and Meditation Feb. 1st @4pm

Join Jes for a special offering centered around the rhythms of the moon and her cycles. We’ll begin with a short discussion on the Full Moon in Leo, followed by a guided meditation to reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you’d like to call in over the next 28 days.
From there, we’ll move into a heated power class, channeling the fullness and intensity of the moon through strong, intentional movement.
After class, enjoy freshly brewed tea as we gather, ground, and share together.
Sound Bath / Feb 15th @3pm
Join us for a 60-minute sound journey guided by Peace by Piece Productions, devoted to self-love, healing, and deep rest. This experience is thoughtfully designed to support the heart space in honoring the spirit of love during the Valentine's season. Using restorative frequencies to guide the body and mind into peace, balance, and renewal. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
