Breath Work with Samara
Through circular connected breathing, rhythmic music, and healing touch, you’ll engage your body’s innate ability to heal. This ceremony will focus on masculine and feminine themes, exploring how these energies move through the body and where they may be blocked or out of balance. This ceremony may include:
Emotional release—shaking, crying, toning, feeling, laughing, or movement
Nervous system regulation—clearing stuck energy, emotions, and releasing limiting patterns, beliefs, and behaviors living in the system
A connection to your True Nature, inviting peace, clarity, bliss, and connection to Self and Soul
